About the Role
At Anglian Water, we are seeking a Fleet Controller to manage day-to-day fleet activities ensuring compliance with Anglian Water’s Operator's Licence and that the internal fleet meets its performance targets. You will provide feedback and analysis on all vehicle and plant operations, assist in monitoring operational costs and maintenance contract performance, and promote a safe working culture alongside a performance-driven team environment.

You will play a key role in transporting water recycling by-products from treatment centres to farmers as fertiliser products, while also helping to minimise environmental risks by proactively jetting sewers and drains to prevent and clear blockages.

Key responsibilities include administering systems to provide accurate Working Time Directive and compliance data, producing reports on fleet compliance issues, ensuring driver instructions comply with legislation, reporting on Operator's Licence compliance, managing vehicle accident logs and reports, and administering fuel cards and bulk fuel bunkering where appropriate.

Experience
Previous traffic management or general logistics experience is highly desirable.
Excellent IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; experience with CRM or database systems is advantageous.
Ability to plan, organise, and monitor fleet compliance activities.
