Reporting to the Superintendent, the General Foreperson will schedule, coordinate, and supervise site operatives to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will manage equipment and materials, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with safety and electrical regulations. Responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, delivering toolbox talks, ensuring training compliance, managing documentation, and leading by example to foster a positive and inclusive team culture. The role requires travel to remote locations and working outdoors in various weather conditions, including working at heights and with heavy equipment and cranes. You will test electrical circuits, oversee installations, and promote safety and quality standards on site. Experience
- Minimum 10 years in utility and powerline construction
- Proven ability to oversee large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in electrical commercial construction and maintenance
- Journeyman Electrician certification and industry-related safety certifications
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician certification
- Industry-related safety certifications
- Knowledge of electrical code interpretation and high mathematical aptitude
- Understanding of construction technology, equipment, methods, trade agreements, engineering, cost control, scheduling, and safety requirements
