Reporting to the General Manager, the Project Manager will be responsible for the operational and financial performance of a designated region, ensuring projects meet business plan targets and align with corporate strategies.
Key responsibilities include overseeing financial performance, reporting workload status and risks, resolving project-level disputes, supporting staff development and succession planning, approving expenditures and proposal pricing within delegated authority, maintaining professional relationships with clients and union representatives, and providing leadership to Superintendents and field crews. This role demands strong execution, innovation, and continuous improvement to help build infrastructure that powers and connects communities.

Experience
- Minimum 10 years in Project Management within the electrical or renewable energy sector
- Experience with utility interconnections in brownfield environments
- Experience in the utility contracting industry
- Proven leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to resolve project issues independently
- Strong computer proficiency including MS Office and MS Project
- Experience developing and maintaining project schedules
- Experience in renewable energy construction is an asset

Qualifications
Post-secondary education in Engineering, Construction Project Management, or an equivalent combination of technical training and related experience.
