As a consultant joining GROW, you will work within a diverse team of consultants, cultivate a deep understanding of our sectors, build long-term relationships with clients and colleagues, and find ways to improve how we work. You will be responsible for your own deliverables, liaise with clients, and have every opportunity to build your skillsets.

E-mobility aims to reduce emissions, improve air quality, lower operating costs, and decrease dependence on fossil fuels. By integrating renewable energy, smart charging, fleet management, and sustainable transport planning, e-mobility plays a key role in decarbonising transport. It is a critical enabler of cleaner, more resilient, and future-ready mobility systems. We are looking to grow our team to support this activity at Arcadis.

Experience
You will be graduating in 2027 or have recently graduated in 2025 or 2026, with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree. You will demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including resilience, creativity, analytical thinking, and being a team player.

About you
You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders. You are willing to travel and stay away from home when required (where possible we embrace virtual working).

Qualifications
Accepted degrees include BA, BSc, MA, or MSc in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
