- Set delivery approach, governance framework, and leadership structure with appropriate controls.
- Lead teams through complexity, change, and challenge with focus on client outcomes and Arcadis performance.
- Translate business and client objectives into operational and financial targets, managing budgets, forecasts, and programme baselines.
- Lead commercial and contractual matters including NEC3/NEC4 contracts, change control, negotiations, and key decisions.
- Provide senior design leadership and act as design authority where appropriate, ensuring compliance with Network Rail, HS2, Irish Rail, and client-specific standards.
- Embed CDM 2015 duties and "safe by design" principles into design and delivery.
- Build and maintain strategic senior relationships with key rail clients and delivery partners.
- Act as trusted advisor at senior client level, influencing strategic decisions and resolving high-impact issues.
- Lead integration across client, consultant, contractor, and supply chain teams.
- Provide operational leadership, mentoring, and development to project teams.
- Champion safety, health, environmental, wellbeing, and sustainability culture.
- Ensure governance, compliance, and assurance aligned with PACE and client frameworks.
- Promote digital tools, quality, and continuous improvement in project delivery.

Join Arcadis to make a meaningful impact delivering sustainable solutions for a more prosperous planet and create a lasting legacy.
