About the Role

Our Graduate Operational and Environmental Leadership Programme is designed to develop future operational leaders and environmental specialists who will help us deliver essential water services responsibly and sustainably.

During this 30-month programme, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of our business, working at the core of Customer Operations where no two days are the same. You will learn how water is sourced, regulated, treated, and how waste is responsibly managed and recycled back to the environment. The programme includes three placements:
- Placement 1: 12 months gaining foundation knowledge and skills across Customer Operations.
- Placement 2: 6 months focusing on business strategy and commercial acumen.
- Placement 3: 12 months buddying an experienced colleague to develop your capability as either an Operational Manager or Environmental Technical Specialist.

You will receive continuous support from your line manager, mentor, graduate buddy, and the New Talent Team to help you reach your full potential. Experience
No specific experience required; we welcome graduates from all degree disciplines. The programme is particularly suited to those with a passion for sciences, environmental studies, sustainability, geography, or related fields.
