About the Role
Join Severn Trent's Graduate Operational and Environmental Leadership Programme and become a future leader in delivering one of life's essentials. This 30-month programme offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills across Customer Operations, business strategy, and environmental management. You will gain hands-on experience working in teams that operate 24/7, learning how water is sourced, regulated, treated, and how waste is responsibly recycled back to the environment. The programme includes three placements: 12 months gaining foundational knowledge in Customer Operations, 6 months developing commercial acumen through understanding business strategy and performance, and a final 12 months working alongside an experienced professional to develop your capability as either an Operational Manager or Environmental Technical Specialist. Throughout the programme, you will receive continuous support from mentors, line managers, and the New Talent Team, with regular 1-1 meetings to discuss your development and career ambitions. Experience
No specific experience required; however, a passion for environmental sustainability, sciences, or related fields is highly valued.

Qualifications
Any degree discipline will be considered, with preference for candidates passionate about sciences, environmental studies, sustainability, geography, or similar subjects.

Driving Requirements
A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential from the start of the role.
