About the Role
Join Severn Trent's Graduate Operational and Environmental Leadership Programme and become a future leader in delivering essential water services and protecting the environment. This 30-month programme offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across Customer Operations, business strategy, and environmental management. You will rotate through three placements: 12 months building foundation knowledge in Customer Operations, 6 months developing commercial acumen through business strategy exposure, and 12 months working alongside experienced professionals to prepare for your future role as an Operational Manager or Environmental Technical Specialist. You will learn how water is sourced, treated, and recycled responsibly, while contributing to sustainable initiatives and community support. Supported by mentors, line managers, and a dedicated New Talent Team, you will develop your skills through varied experiences, training, and development opportunities. This role requires adaptability, resilience, and a passion for making a difference in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

No specific prior experience required; the programme welcomes graduates from all degree disciplines. Passion for sciences, environmental studies, sustainability, geography, or related fields is advantageous.
