About the Role
Join Severn Trent’s Graduate Operational and Environmental Leadership Programme and become a future leader in delivering one of life’s essentials. This 30-month programme offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills across Customer Operations, business strategy, and environmental management. You will work in dynamic teams operating 24/7, learning how water is sourced, treated, and recycled responsibly, while supporting the company’s environmental and sustainability ambitions.

The programme consists of three placements: 12 months gaining foundational knowledge in Customer Operations, 6 months developing commercial acumen through understanding business strategy and performance, and a final 12 months working alongside an experienced Operational Manager or Environmental Technical Specialist to develop your expertise. Throughout, you will receive continuous support from mentors, line managers, and the New Talent Team, with regular 1-1 meetings to discuss your development and career goals.
