About the Role
Join Severn Trent's Graduate Operational and Environmental Leadership Programme and become a future leader in delivering one of life's essentials. This 30-month programme offers a unique opportunity to gain foundational knowledge and skills across Customer Operations, business strategy, and environmental management. You will experience three placements: 12 months in Customer Operations to understand the water and customer journey, 6 months focusing on business strategy and commercial acumen, and a final 12 months developing your capability as either an Operational Manager or Environmental Technical Specialist. Working in dynamic, 24/7 teams, you will learn how water is sourced, treated, and recycled responsibly, while contributing to sustainable initiatives and protecting the environment. Supported by mentors, line managers, and a dedicated New Talent Team, you will receive tailored development and career guidance to help you reach your full potential.
