About the Role
Join Severn Trent's Graduate Operational and Environmental Leadership Programme and become a future leader in delivering one of life's essentials – water. This 30-month programme offers a unique opportunity to gain foundational knowledge and skills across Customer Operations, business strategy, and environmental management. You will experience varied placements including 12 months in Customer Operations, 6 months focusing on business strategy and commercial acumen, and a final 12 months developing your capability as either an Operational Manager or Environmental Technical Specialist. Working within teams that operate 24/7, you will learn how water is sourced, treated, and recycled responsibly, while supporting the company’s environmental ambitions. Supported by mentors, line managers, and a dedicated New Talent Team, you will build a strong foundation for a rewarding career with Severn Trent. Experience
No specific prior experience required; passion for environmental sustainability and operational leadership is essential.
