About the Role
We are looking for a HR Coordinator to assist the HR Onboarding team, which provides front-line service to all Thames Water employees and managers. This role requires excellent organisational and administration skills to support daily administration, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time. Key responsibilities include supporting HR administration across the People Team, acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and forwarding specialist requests as appropriate, maintaining accurate employee data using company-specific systems, generating and issuing formal documentation, and undertaking ad hoc project work. You will communicate professionally with a broad range of people, liaise with line managers, the IT Service Desk, and the wider business, update employee records including pension contributions, undertake ad hoc reporting, and provide project support as required. You will take ownership of your workload and queries, ensuring resolution or effective triage, and work collaboratively within the People Services team to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
