About the Role
Working as part of a single person crew, you will drive various LGV vehicles including front and back loaders, collecting and emptying bins from our trade waste customers. This role is ideal if you enjoy working outdoors using your own initiative and want to make a positive difference to the local environment and communities.

At Biffa, you will receive on-the-job training with our in-house team and have access to Biffa Perkz, offering high street discounts for you and your family. We are proud to pioneer family-friendly policies and foster a supportive working environment.

With over 100 years of history, Biffa’s iconic red trucks and containers are a familiar sight across the UK. Whether turning waste into sustainable power, finding new ways to recycle, or keeping streets clean, we believe every day is an opportunity to improve millions of lives.

We are dedicated to diversity and inclusion, championing different ideas, perspectives, and backgrounds to create a creative and effective workplace that represents our communities and delivers the best outcomes for colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.

Our values of #TFR guide us:
- Teamwork: working together for each other
- Fairness: treating and being treated equally
- Respect: appreciating and valuing each other for who we are and what we do
