About the Role
Murphy is recruiting for a Loop Coordinator to work with the Energy Team on the SSE ASTI Framework. Our business is renowned for its extensive in-house expertise, experience, and continuous drive to innovate within the industry to create added value for all our customers. We support groundbreaking transmission and distribution projects across four countries, ensuring energy security for decades to come. Our services include design, construction, and commissioning, delivering Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) projects for both regulated and private customers, alongside technical and engineering solutions within conventional power and energy transition markets.

As a Loop Coordinator, you will support the Project Integration Function by coordinating framework-wide activities to ensure consistency, collaboration, and effective communication across all ASTI projects. You will maintain strict confidentiality when handling commercially sensitive, stakeholder, workforce, and project information.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating the collection, validation, and reporting of operational, commercial, workforce, and stakeholder data, producing accurate weekly and monthly performance reports and dashboards. You will act as the framework administrator for the LOOP platform, ensuring accurate capture, management, and reporting of Social Value, community benefit, workforce, and economic impact data.

You will work closely with project teams, supply chain partners, and stakeholders to identify, record, and maximise opportunities that contribute to Social Value commitments and contractual requirements. Promoting and maintaining best practice across the framework by supporting consistent reporting standards, data collection processes, and performance management methodologies will be key.

Monitoring data quality and reporting performance, identifying trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement will be part of your role. You will coordinate the production of reports, presentations, briefing papers, case studies, newsletters, social media content, and success stories that showcase project achievements and community impact.

Supporting stakeholder engagement, community initiatives, and Social Value activities through effective coordination, administration, and reporting is essential. You will act as a key interface between operational, commercial, Social Value, stakeholder engagement, and project teams to facilitate collaboration and information sharing.

Additionally, you will support the tracking and reporting of key framework commitments, objectives, and performance indicators, ensuring progress is visible and measurable. You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by capturing lessons learned, identifying efficiencies, and supporting the development of new reporting and performance tools.

Providing proactive support to the wider Project Integration team to drive consistency, visibility, and excellence across the ASTI Framework completes your role.
