About the Role
As an MBT Supervisor at Biffa Waste Services, you will be responsible for safely managing all operational resources to maximise plant performance while maintaining a safe work environment at all times. You will ensure productivity and availability exceed minimum defined standards in the Refinement area and guarantee environmental compliance within the site's permitted activities. Key duties include scheduling pest control treatments, managing stock levels, controlling material movements out of the plant, and providing detailed records of all plant operations, settings, and stoppages with attributed causes for unplanned downtime. You will carry out regular stock and inventory checks, stay updated on company standards and legislation, and implement compliance standards.
