About the Role
Help us make a difference as a Multi Skilled/Mobile Plant Operator. You will be directly responsible for the safe and proper operation and maintenance of site vehicles under your use. This is a multi-task role involving receiving and directing waste, loading RDF and commodity bales, and maintaining high standards of housekeeping. Preventative maintenance and defect reporting are key functions to ensure timely servicing and upkeep of vehicles.

Your core responsibilities include performing daily equipment checks, completing daily report forms including mileage and service records, operating with diligence and care while strictly adhering to Health and Safety parameters, controlling waste at the point of unloading, cleaning the working area inside and outside the cab, and informing the shift leader of any accidents or unsuitable waste.

Experience
Advantageous experience includes working in Waste Management, Warehousing, or Construction environments. Mechanical knowledge and experience operating mobile plant machinery such as FLT, loading shovel, or 360 are beneficial.
