About the Role
The Anaerobic Digestion Multi Skilled Operator is responsible for the operation of the anaerobic digestion process and mobile plant, as well as housekeeping and maintenance activities. This role ensures compliance with site licences/PPC permits, health and safety legislation, ABPR, planning conditions, and Company policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include material handling operations using mobile plant machinery in line with site environmental permits and municipal contracts, working in accordance with SHEQ policies including reporting of close calls and incidents, participating in best practice and continuous improvement through regular site audits and checks, maintaining close working relationships with the BDR Management Team and staff, complying with changes to company standards and legislation, undertaking light maintenance and cleaning of equipment, assisting the site supervisor with reviewing maintenance activities, cost control, health and safety, behavioural safety observations, KPIs and implementing remedial actions when necessary, ensuring the highest level of housekeeping is maintained, and working in MBT and weighbridge areas of the site as required.

Experience
- Basic IT experience in Microsoft applications (SCADA experience desirable)
- Loading shovel operation experience
- Experience assisting in delivering continuous improvement within an operational environment
- Development and implementation of data capture and recording systems
- Good understanding of health, safety and environmental compliance
