As a Night Receptionist at Fraser Suites Edinburgh, you will be the first point of contact for guests during the night shift, playing a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day reception duties, completing the daily night audit accurately and on time, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Front Office Department throughout the night. You will handle guest queries and requests professionally and efficiently, acting as a vital communication link between guests and management.

We are looking for a flexible and enthusiastic individual passionate about customer service who enjoys working as part of a dedicated team focused on creating lasting memories for our guests. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop communication, problem-solving, leadership, and team management skills within a supportive environment.

Experience
Proven experience in a similar night receptionist or customer service role is required.
