Immediate action on any safety non-conformities is expected, with communication of findings to the Safety and Compliance Manager, tracking risks and trends and highlighting areas for potential improvement.
The majority of your time will be spent managing the site with a focus on production, providing practical guidance, support and assistance regarding operations, including the creation of production reports. You will also collate reports for the management team to aid in identifying trends, deficiencies and improvements. The role involves managing production-related tasks of moderate to high complexity.
