About the Role
As a Programme Manager within Stantec, you will work with clients and internal teams to define, develop and deliver complex programmes across the water sector. You will apply programme management processes and systems to enable effective delivery across all phases of the programme lifecycle, ensuring programmes realise their benefits, are delivered on time, on budget and to quality standards. You will lead in developing and maintaining relationships with clients and partner organisations, providing leadership, direction, guidance and constructive challenge with a focus on outcome-driven decision making. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will share best practice and work in the early stages providing strategic support, driving lean solutions to achieve outperformance and affordability as well as plan creation and optimisation. Working in complex environments, collaboration with clients and stakeholder engagement at all business levels will be key to your success.

Experience
- Senior experience in programme management within the water sector or capital delivery environment
- Proven track record of delivering complex water programmes
- Experience engaging with clients and stakeholders at all levels
