This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior / Principal Civil Engineer to join a thriving group with a proven track record of delivering innovative projects across the South-East and beyond. You will work on a diverse range of projects, contributing to significant developments across the region and beyond. Alongside leading your own projects, you will collaborate closely with building, environmental, and transport colleagues to deliver holistic solutions. In this role, you will lead and mentor junior engineers and technicians, take responsibility for the technical delivery and approval of projects, and review work produced by the team. You will play a key part in delivering high-quality design projects on time and within budget, working closely with clients to influence the development of infrastructure schemes in the region. Experience
Proven record of delivering multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects, particularly in highway and drainage design, from concept and planning through to detailed design and delivery. Experience working closely with clients and managing junior team members. Skills with Civils 3D, InfoDrainage, and utility coordination are advantageous.

About you
MEng/BEng qualified with strong tactical thinking and excellent communication skills, able to coordinate solutions effectively with internal teams and external parties such as utility companies, drainage authorities, and highway authorities. Passionate about delivering quality infrastructure design solutions and managing processes with regulators and local authorities.

Qualifications
Relevant engineering degree (MEng/BEng) required. Professional qualifications and membership of relevant institutions would be advantageous.
