Salary

About the Role
You will be responsible for the delivery of one or more projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet the required quality, success criteria, timelines, and budgets. You will establish and maintain highly effective relationships across the business to ensure smooth interfaces and appropriate information dissemination. Proactively managing and taking ownership of all project elements and governance is key, including risks, issues, dependencies, reporting, documentation, and adherence to the delivery framework. The role also involves stakeholder and third-party management, including interfacing with industry where required. You will analyze problems and follow them through to resolution, ensuring outcomes progress issues appropriately.

Experience
- Experience working in a complex regulated environment in a project or programme delivery role within the energy sector or a similarly regulated industry is advantageous.
- Extensive demonstrable experience managing and delivering projects successfully from end to end across the whole project lifecycle.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work at all levels of the organisation.
- Experience managing complex projects with budgets up to £5M and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications
- Relevant practitioner level project management qualification such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum Master.
