About the Role

As one of seven partners appointed by United Utilities to the Enterprise, we will deliver £5.5bn of projects during AMP8 (2025–2030) and AMP9 (2030–2035). Our scope includes project management, design, construction, and commissioning services on design and build schemes throughout the North West and Cumbria region.
The Senior Site Agent will support delivery of projects ranging from £12m to £150m in value during this initial phase. You will work across the full project lifecycle from concept, early contractor involvement (ECI), delivery, through to handover. Leading the design and delivery team, you will engage with site operational teams and supply chain partners across one or multiple sites.
Your responsibilities will include developing construction strategies and programmes, ensuring projects are set up and delivered safely, to quality, on time, and within budget. This role is site based and requires strong leadership to drive successful project outcomes.
At Costain, we value diverse perspectives and encourage applicants who are passionate about making a positive impact, even if you do not meet every requirement. Your unique skills and experiences could be exactly what we need.
