About the Role
Drive the project management delivery of critical infrastructure projects that will support future water resilience. Join Affinity Water's Strategic Projects team and play a key role in the development and delivery of major water infrastructure programmes. Work alongside industry-leading experts and partners, managing projects that will make a tangible difference to the region's future water supply.

Key responsibilities include leading major infrastructure projects through the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery against programme, cost and quality objectives. Develop a strong project management framework with the delivery team to manage consultants, contractors, and delivery partners to drive high performance and project success. Build effective relationships across the delivery team and with regulators, operational teams, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Experience
Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure projects, ideally within water, utilities, or a regulated environment. Strong programme management, risk management, and commercial awareness.

About you
Confident in challenging, influencing, and leading multidisciplinary teams to achieve successful outcomes. Able to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders including regulators, operational teams, and delivery partners.

Qualifications
Relevant project management qualifications and experience in managing major infrastructure projects are desirable.
