About the Role
As part of the driving team at Biffa's MBT facility, you will be responsible for the day-to-day change-over of containers to maintain optimal productivity, ensuring recycling and diversion targets are met. You will ensure all skips, trailers, bins, and equipment are stored safely and efficiently with ease of access. Reporting all safety or environmental issues to Management and internal support services staff is essential. This is a fixed term contract until 31st March 2026 with potential to become permanent.

Experience
HGV Class 1 license desirable; HGV Class 2 also considered. Ideally trained to operate Roll-on Roll-off (RORO) vehicles and forklift trucks (telehandler machines).

About you
Team player with high levels of drive and flexibility. Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental compliance. Good people skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Excellent organisation and planning skills.

Qualifications
Relevant driving licenses as above. Additional training in vehicle operation and safety compliance is advantageous.
