We are currently seeking a hardworking and reliable Soft Landscaper. This is a hands-on, outdoor role requiring applicants to be physically fit and capable of performing a wide range of duties in all weather conditions. If you have a passion for outdoor work and attention to detail, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Grass cutting, hedge trimming and shrub maintenance
• Tree and shrub planting
• Turfing and soil preparation (topsoil, compost and mulch placement)
• Sports turf maintenance and line marking
• Herbicide application in accordance with regulations
• Leaf clearance and seasonal works
• Daily vehicle and plant checks
• Maintaining high health & safety standards

Requirements

• Previous landscaping or grounds maintenance experience desirable
• PA1/PA6 beneficial (training provided if required)
• Ability to operate landscaping and grounds maintenance machinery
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
• Full UK driving licence preferred
