In this role, you will provide a customer-centric service by handling customer phone calls and liaising with relevant individuals to ensure customer queries are resolved, escalating to management when necessary. You will promote a culture of high performance and excellence aligned with Veolia’s organisational values.
You will ensure all safety concerns and near misses are logged on our health and safety management systems and closed within agreed timescales, adhering to all Veolia policies, processes, and procedures. You will accurately enter personnel details including payroll into the Workday system within required time limits.
Additional responsibilities include raising purchase orders and capex orders for approved goods, liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, processing supplier invoices to meet payment terms, administering purchase orders, disposal matching and invoicing, subcontracted collections, and associated invoices. You will also ensure month-end checks are completed on time for monthly invoicing and assist the depot management team with administrative tasks.

Experience
Previous administration experience is required.

Qualifications
Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent.
