About the Role
When you see the world as we do, you see the chance to help the world take better care of its resources and help it become a better place for everyone. At Veolia, we are committed to pushing for genuine change and bringing our ambition of Ecological Transformation to life. Everyone here works alongside communities, looks after the environment, and contributes to an inclusive culture.

In this role, you will provide a customer-centric service by handling customer phone calls and liaising with relevant individuals to ensure queries are resolved, escalating to management when necessary. You will promote a culture of high performance and excellence aligned with Veolia's values.

You will be responsible for logging all safety concerns and near misses on our health and safety management systems and ensuring they are closed within agreed timescales. Adherence to all Veolia policies, processes, and procedures is essential.

Additional duties include accurately entering personnel details including payroll into the Workday system within required timeframes, raising purchase and capex orders for approved goods, liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, processing supplier invoices to meet payment terms, and administering purchase orders, disposal matching, invoicing, subcontracted collections, and associated invoices.

You will also ensure month-end checks are completed on time for monthly invoicing and assist the depot management team with administrative tasks.

Veolia offers 25 days of annual leave, access to a company pension scheme, discounts on groceries and well-known retailers, resources to support your physical, mental, and financial health, one paid day of leave annually to volunteer, and ongoing training and development opportunities to help you reach your full potential.
