Embedded in a welcoming and diverse team, you will gain hands-on experience in Operations Engineering within the Operations business function.

Your responsibilities will include gaining knowledge and experience in technical project management, asset management through compliance, asset and regulatory governance, electronic management systems, HSE management, and contract management. You will actively support the team by developing and delivering the wind farm’s engineering and maintenance strategy, driving safety improvements through offshore inspections, managing projects to ensure adherence to programme, budget and quality, and maintaining asset integrity.

Comprehensive training will be provided, including Global Wind Organisation Certificate to work offshore, Wind Turbine Safety Rules Training, and in-house technical training. You will be embedded in key projects from day one, enabling rapid skill development and the opportunity to contribute your innovative ideas.

Experience
Currently enrolled in a degree course eligible for a Year in Industry placement, such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewables or similar.
Comfortable working in a diverse team environment and engaging with a range of stakeholders.
Ability to coordinate own workload and meet tight deadlines.

Motivated and able to demonstrate why you are a suitable candidate through your cover letter.
Have lived in the UK for a minimum of 5 years due to potential National Security Vetting requirements.
Comfortable working collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
Currently studying a relevant degree eligible for a Year in Industry placement.
Willingness to undertake National Security Vetting to SC level if required.
Commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
