During your 12-month placement, you will be exposed to real projects and clients, gaining a broad range of experiences. Our Electrical, Instrumentation, Control and Automation (EICA) specialists deliver solutions for complex water utility infrastructure projects across the UK and globally. You will gain exposure to electrical power systems, control systems, automation, and digital solutions while working on projects that positively impact communities and the environment.

With support from experienced professionals and opportunities to work across various projects, you will build the skills and experience to accelerate your career and deliver engineering excellence.

Experience
You will be working towards a degree in a relevant subject and demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including resilience, creativity, analytical thinking, and teamwork.

About you
Excellent communication skills with the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders. Willingness to travel and stay away from home when required (where possible we embrace virtual working).

Qualifications
Accepted degrees include BEng, BSc, MEng, or MSc in Electrical, Electrical & Electronic, Power Systems, or Systems Engineering.
