During your 10–12-week internship or 12-month placement, you will be exposed to real projects and clients, gaining a range of experiences to immerse yourself in. As a consultant joining GROW, you will work within a diverse team, building a deep understanding of our sectors, cultivating long-term relationships with clients and colleagues, and continuously improving ways of working. You will be responsible for your own deliverables, liaising with clients, and given every opportunity to build your skillsets.

As a Management Consultant in our Business Advisory team, you will help clients solve complex challenges through innovative, digitally enabled solutions that create positive outcomes for people, the planet, and profit. You will contribute across core capabilities including Sustainability, Investment Advisory, Capital Programs, Asset Strategy and Transformation, Supply Chain and Procurement, Digital & AI, and Strategy Transformation. No two projects are the same, offering you the chance to build consulting skills while supporting clients across infrastructure, utilities, public sector, and built environment sectors.

Your responsibilities may include supporting business transformation and change initiatives, gathering and interpreting data, preparing client presentations, reports and recommendations, supporting workshops and stakeholder engagement, contributing to project planning and reporting, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful client outcomes.

Experience

About you

You should be willing to travel and stay away from home when required, although virtual working is embraced where possible.
