As a Project Manager joining GROW, you will work within a diverse team, gaining a deep understanding of our sectors, building long-term relationships with clients and colleagues, and improving ways of working. You will be responsible for monitoring project progress, liaising with clients, resolving issues promptly, identifying risks, coordinating with contractors, and developing your skillsets.

In this role, you will support the delivery of innovative and sustainable projects across sectors such as infrastructure, buildings, water, and the environment. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will assist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and monitoring progress. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, facilitate clear communication with team members and clients, and embrace sustainability and digital innovation.

Experience
Working towards a degree in a relevant subject. Demonstrates resilience, creativity, analytical thinking, and teamwork skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to use technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders. Willingness to travel and stay away from home when required (virtual working embraced where possible).

About you
Motivated and eager to learn with a strong interest in project management and sustainable solutions. Able to work effectively within diverse teams and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues. Adaptable and proactive in resolving challenges and identifying risks.

Qualifications
Currently working towards a BSc or MSc degree in Construction, Engineering, Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Candidates from non-accredited backgrounds with a strong interest in the industry, including Law, Management, and Business degrees, are also encouraged to apply and may be considered for the graduate programme.
