You will be exposed to real projects and clients, gaining a range of experiences over the course of your 10–12-week internship or 12-month placement. As a consultant joining GROW, you will work within a diverse team, building a deep understanding of our sectors, cultivating long-term relationships with clients and colleagues, and continuously improving ways of working.
In the Quantity Surveying role, you will support cost, commercial, and transformational consultancy projects across all sectors. Your responsibilities will include advising on and managing the cost of construction and property projects from inception through to completion, supporting clients with cost estimation, project planning, procurement, sustainable project choices, and cost management. You will provide advice on project finances and contractual relationships, monitor budgets and costs throughout the project lifecycle, utilise data to provide cost insights, and keep clients and project teams informed.

Experience
Working towards a degree in a relevant RICS accredited subject such as Quantity Surveying, Property, Real Estate or similar.
Demonstrates resilience, creativity, analytical thinking, and teamwork.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and consult stakeholders.
Willingness to travel and stay away from home when required, with virtual working embraced where possible.

Qualifications
Currently working towards a BSc or MSc in a RICS accredited degree relevant to Quantity Surveying or related fields.
