Our environmental Ground & Water specialists support clients in the assessment and investigation of Brownfield land, supporting development proposals and commercial decisions. The team is also involved in the demolition and decommissioning of entire non-operational power stations as well as managing small, specialised redundant plants within active process areas. We are looking for graduates with a flexible approach and an appetite to learn in a leading engineering and professional advisory consultancy. You will enjoy working in a collaborative environment applying your skills across a diverse range of clients and projects.

Graduate Roles
Contaminated Land Team: Support geo-environmental, contaminated land and hydrogeology projects including site investigations, risk assessments, remediation and reporting. Activities include Phase 1 desk studies, Phase 2 site investigation design and supervision, soil sampling and logging, subcontractor management, environmental monitoring, data collection and management, and client liaison. You will work closely with project managers and directors, spending significant time on site and progressing towards report preparation and project management.
Demolition and Decommissioning Team: Predominantly site-based role involving monitoring demolition and decommissioning operations across the UK and potentially internationally. Activities include attending site briefings and meetings, observing and reporting contractor works, assisting with planning and programming, data gathering and surveying, and liaising with clients and contractors. This role suits graduates with backgrounds in Demolition Management, Construction Management, Health, Safety and Environment, or Engineering.

Experience
Graduates with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree. Backgrounds suitable for Contaminated Land or Demolition and Decommissioning teams include environmental science, engineering, construction management, health and safety, or related disciplines.
