We are looking for Graduates for our Environmental Services teams who have a flexible approach and an appetite to learn in a leading Engineering and Professional Advisory services consultancy. You will enjoy working in a collaborative environment applying your skills across a diverse range of clients and projects.

We are recruiting Graduates for the following services and locations:
- Landscape Architecture – London, Exeter, Bristol, Manchester, Glasgow, Edinburgh
- Cultural Heritage – London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Glasgow

Working as a Graduate in our Environmental Services teams means engaging with innovative projects and learning about various service requirements including Nature Advisory (Marine & Aquatics), Air Quality, Acoustics, and Landscape Architecture. You will contribute to projects across a broad range of clients, sectors, and scales.

Projects
Our teams work on assignments across the UK, including:
- Landscape Architecture: active travel plans, HS2 Rail, Renewable Energy projects, public realm designs, pedestrianisation schemes.
- Cultural Heritage: Sizewell (fieldwork surveys and report preparation), East-West Rail (constraints reports), and road schemes in Northern Ireland.

Environmental Services Teams
Landscape Architecture
As a graduate, you will support client projects alongside senior staff within a large team of landscape architects and urban designers. You will contribute to landscape design and assessment across various sectors, receiving guidance while developing skills in sustainable design, reporting, graphics, and scientific thinking. Day-to-day activities include landscape consultancy services, technical input, design development, LVIA and TVIA technical reports, and use of software such as AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a dynamic project environment.

Cultural Heritage
The UK Cultural Heritage and Archaeology team is the largest heritage consultancy in the country, working across the UK and overseas on all aspects of the historic environment. You will provide expert advice on heritage-related enquiries, working on high-profile infrastructure projects as part of a multidisciplinary team. Typical activities include analysis of historic maps, site visits, preparing heritage baselines, GIS mapping, and supporting archaeological desk-based assessments and heritage statements.

Requirements

Experience
No prior experience required. We seek graduates with enthusiasm, creativity, numerical skills, and a drive to solve problems.

About you
You will have a passion for data analysis and interpretation using Excel and GIS. You should be eager to share new ideas and demonstrate flexibility to travel to sites or client offices not accessible by public transport. Enthusiasm for creativity and collaboration in a dynamic environment is essential.

Qualifications
You will have graduated with at least a 2:2 in a master's or bachelor's degree relevant to the role you are applying for. Successful candidates will be supported towards professional registration and chartered status.
