We are looking for Graduates for our Environmental Services teams who have a flexible approach and an appetite to learn in a leading Engineering and Professional Advisory services consultancy. You will enjoy working in a collaborative environment applying your skills to a diverse range of clients and projects.

We are recruiting for Graduates in the following services and locations:
- Landscape Architecture: London, Exeter, Bristol, Manchester, Glasgow, Edinburgh
- Cultural Heritage: London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Glasgow

As a Graduate in our Environmental Services teams, you will work on innovative projects across a broad range of clients, sectors, and scales. Projects include active travel plans, HS2 Rail, Renewable Energy projects, public realm designs, pedestrianisation schemes, and heritage surveys and reports for major infrastructure projects such as Sizewell and East-West Rail.

Landscape Architecture Team
Supporting client projects alongside senior staff, you will contribute to landscape design and assessment across various sectors. Activities include landscape consultancy services, technical input, LVIA and TVIA reports, design development, detailing, tender and construction support, and post-construction management. You will use software such as AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

Cultural Heritage Team
As part of the largest heritage consultancy in the UK, you will work on archaeology, built heritage, setting and design throughout project lifecycles. Day-to-day tasks include historic map analysis, site visits, heritage baseline preparation, research, GIS mapping, and supporting archaeological assessments and heritage statements. You will contribute to high-profile infrastructure projects both in the UK and overseas.

Graduate Development Programme

Requirements

Experience
No prior experience required; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are essential. Experience in environmental consultancy or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.

About you
- Graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree
- Enthusiastic about creativity, numerical skills, and problem solving
- Passionate about data analysis and interpretation using Excel and GIS
- Able to inspire and share new ideas
- Willing and able to travel to sites and client offices not accessible by public transport
- Flexible and collaborative team player with a growth mindset

Qualifications
A relevant degree in environmental sciences, landscape architecture, cultural heritage, archaeology, or related disciplines is required. Professional registration support will be provided during the Graduate Development Programme.
