We are looking for Graduates for our Environmental Services teams who have a flexible approach and an appetite to learn in a leading Engineering and Professional Advisory services consultancy. You will enjoy working in a collaborative environment applying your skills across a diverse range of clients and projects.

We are recruiting for Graduates in the following services and locations:
- Air Quality: London, Basingstoke, Birmingham, Exeter
- Landscape Architecture: Manchester, Bristol, Glasgow, Edinburgh, London

As a Graduate in our Environmental Services teams, you will work on innovative projects across a broad range of clients, sectors, and scales. This could include Nature Advisory (Marine & Aquatics), Air Quality, Acoustics, or Landscape Architecture.

Projects include:
- Air Quality framework and GLA Air Quality Filters project
- Air dispersion modelling, air quality monitoring, environmental impact assessments, regulatory permitting, and health risk communication
- Sizewell Power Station air quality fieldwork surveys
- Landscape Architecture projects such as active travel plans, HS2 Rail, renewable energy projects, public realm designs, and pedestrianisation schemes

Air Quality Team
Working as a graduate in Air Quality offers an exciting entry into air quality modelling and management, with hands-on site experience and technical skills development in dispersion modelling, monitoring, and odour assessment. You will collaborate with clients, project teams, and local authorities, contributing to bid submissions and preparing detailed reports. The team encourages involvement with the Institute of Air Quality Management and offers monthly presentations and tailored learning sessions.

Landscape Architecture Team
As a graduate in Landscape Architecture, you will support client projects alongside senior staff, contributing to landscape design and assessment across sectors. You will develop skills in sustainable design, reporting, graphics, and scientific thinking, using software such as AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite. The role involves design development, technical reports, tender and construction support, and post-construction management, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Experience
Graduates with at least a 2:2 in a master's or bachelor's degree in a relevant subject. No specific prior work experience required but enthusiasm for learning and collaboration is essential.

About you
- Flexible and eager to learn
- Enthusiastic about creativity, numerical skills, and problem solving
- Passionate about data analysis and interpretation using Excel and GIS
- Able to inspire with new ideas
- Willing and able to travel to sites and client offices not accessible by public transport

Qualifications
Relevant degree qualification (master's or bachelor's) with a minimum 2:2 classification. Professional registration support provided through the Graduate Development programme.

Additional Information
