We are looking for Graduates for our Environmental Services teams who have a flexible approach and an appetite to learn in a leading Engineering and Professional Advisory services consultancy. - Air Quality: London, Basingstoke, Birmingham, Exeter
- Landscape Architecture: Manchester, Bristol, Glasgow, Edinburgh, London

About the Teams and Projects
As a Graduate in Environmental Services, you will work on innovative projects across Nature Advisory (including Marine & Aquatics), Air Quality, Acoustics, and Landscape Architecture. Projects include air quality frameworks, environmental impact assessments, air dispersion modelling, Sizewell Power Station fieldwork surveys, active travel plans, HS2 Rail, renewable energy projects, public realm designs, and pedestrianisation schemes.

Air Quality Team
Working in Air Quality offers hands-on experience with advanced dispersion modelling tools such as ADMS and ADMS-Roads, ambient air quality monitoring, bid submissions, and collaboration with clients and local authorities. You will develop expertise in assessing pollutant effects on health and ecosystems and explore innovations like AI and big data in environmental analysis. The team supports professional development through the Institute of Air Quality Management and offers monthly presentations and tailored learning sessions.

Landscape Architecture Team
Graduates will support client projects alongside senior staff, contributing to landscape design and assessment across sectors. Activities include consultancy services, technical input for strategic studies, LVIA and TVIA reports, design development, detailing, tender and construction support, and post-construction management. Software used includes AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite. The team fosters a supportive environment with opportunities to develop sustainable design, reporting, graphics, and scientific skills.

Requirements

Experience
Graduates with at least a 2:2 in a master's or bachelor's degree relevant to the role applied for. No prior professional experience required but enthusiasm for learning and collaboration is essential.

About you
- Enthusiastic and motivated with a flexible approach
- Strong creativity, numerical skills, and problem-solving ability
- Passion for data analysis and interpretation using Excel and GIS
- Ability to travel to sites and client offices not accessible by public transport
- Willingness to share new ideas and contribute to team success

Qualifications
Minimum 2:2 degree in a relevant subject. Professional registration support provided through the Graduate Development Programme. Candidates must complete the application form fully and pass an online skill enabler assessment as part of the recruitment process.
