Our Environmental Services teams deliver practical strategies for studying, protecting, enhancing, and restoring the natural environment across numerous disciplines and sectors.

We are recruiting Graduates for the following services and locations:
- Air Quality: London, Basingstoke, Birmingham, Exeter
- Landscape Architecture: Manchester, Bristol, Glasgow, Edinburgh, London

As a Graduate, you will work on innovative projects across a broad range of clients, sectors, and scales. Projects include air quality frameworks, environmental impact assessments, renewable energy projects, public realm designs, and more.

Air Quality Team
Gain hands-on experience with advanced dispersion modelling tools such as ADMS and ADMS-Roads, design and implement ambient air quality monitoring plans, contribute to bid submissions, and collaborate with clients and local authorities. You will develop expertise in air quality monitoring, odour assessment, and environmental impact assessments, influencing policy and sustainable development.

Landscape Architecture Team
Support client projects alongside senior staff, contributing to landscape design and assessment across various sectors. Activities include providing consultancy services, preparing technical reports, design development, and using software such as AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite. You will work within a supportive team environment, engaging with stakeholders and adapting to dynamic project demands.

Graduate Development Programme
Our two-year programme supports your personal and professional growth through blended learning, career workshops, networking, mentoring for professional registration, and diverse on-the-job experience. You will be encouraged and supported to achieve chartered status with professional bodies.

Requirements

Experience
Graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree. No specific prior work experience required, but enthusiasm for learning and collaboration is essential.

About you
Enthusiastic and motivated with a flexible approach and appetite to learn. Strong creativity, numerical skills, and problem-solving ability. Passion for data analysis and interpretation using Excel and GIS. Willingness and ability to travel to sites or client offices not accessible by public transport. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications
A relevant degree in environmental science, engineering, landscape architecture, or related fields. Commitment to professional development and achieving chartered or incorporated status. Completion of application form and online skill assessment as part of the recruitment process.
