About the Teams and Projects
As a Graduate in Environmental Services, you will work on innovative projects across a broad range of clients, sectors, and scales. Projects include Air Quality frameworks, GLA Air Quality Filters, Sizewell Power Station fieldwork surveys, active travel plans, HS2 Rail, renewable energy projects, public realm designs, and pedestrianisation schemes.
Air Quality Team
Working in Air Quality offers an exciting entry into air quality modelling and management, gaining technical skills in pollutant monitoring, environmental impact assessments, regulatory permitting, and health risk communication. You will gain hands-on experience with dispersion modelling tools such as ADMS and ADMS-Roads, design monitoring plans, contribute to bids and tenders, and prepare detailed reports. The team encourages involvement with the Institute of Air Quality Management and offers monthly presentations and tailored learning sessions.
Landscape Architecture Team
In Landscape Architecture, you will support client projects alongside senior staff, contributing to landscape design and assessment across various sectors. You will develop skills in sustainable design, reporting, graphics, and scientific thinking, working on projects from feasibility to construction support. Software used includes AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite. The team provides a supportive environment with opportunities to collaborate and engage with stakeholders.

Experience
Graduated with at least a 2:2 in a master's or bachelor's degree in a relevant subject for the role applied for. Enthusiasm for creativity, numerical skills, and a drive to solve problems. Passion for data analysis and interpretation using Excel and GIS. Ability to travel to sites and client offices not accessible by public transport as required.

Willingness to engage with professional bodies and pursue chartered status. Strong communication and teamwork skills, adaptable to dynamic project environments.
Qualifications
Relevant degree qualification (minimum 2:2) in a subject related to environmental services, air quality, landscape architecture, or similar disciplines. No additional qualifications required at application stage, but commitment to professional development and chartership is expected.
