- Air Quality: London, Basingstoke, Birmingham, Exeter
- Landscape Architecture: Manchester, Bristol, Glasgow, Edinburgh, London
As a Graduate in our Environmental Services teams, you will work on innovative projects across a broad range of clients, sectors, and scales. This may include Nature Advisory (Marine & Aquatics), Air Quality, Acoustics, or Landscape Architecture. Projects include air quality frameworks, environmental impact assessments, renewable energy projects, public realm designs, and more.
Air Quality Team
Working in Air Quality offers an exciting entry into air quality modelling and management, with hands-on experience in monitoring pollutants, dispersion modelling, odour assessment, and regulatory permitting. You will develop technical skills using tools such as ADMS and ADMS-Roads, contribute to bid submissions, collaborate with clients and authorities, and prepare detailed reports. The team encourages involvement with the Institute of Air Quality Management and provides monthly presentations and tailored learning sessions.
Landscape Architecture Team
As a Graduate in Landscape Architecture, you will support client projects alongside senior staff, contributing to landscape design and assessment across sectors. You will gain experience in sustainable design, reporting, graphics, and scientific thinking, using software such as AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite. Your work will span feasibility to detailed design, including technical reports, tender support, and post-construction management. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a dynamic project environment.

Experience
Graduates with at least a 2:2 in a master's or bachelor's degree in a relevant subject. No specific prior work experience required, but enthusiasm for learning and collaboration is essential.
About you
You have a flexible approach and an appetite to learn. You are enthusiastic, creative, and driven to solve problems. You have strong numerical skills and a passion for data analysis and interpretation using Excel and GIS. You are able to travel to sites and client offices not accessible by public transport as required. You are eager to share new ideas and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
A relevant degree qualification (minimum 2:2) in a subject aligned to the role you are applying for. Commitment to professional development and progression towards chartered or incorporated status is expected and supported.
