About the Teams and Projects
As a Graduate in Environmental Services, you will work on innovative projects across a broad range of clients, sectors, and scales. Projects include air quality frameworks, environmental impact assessments, landscape design for public realm and renewable energy, and heritage assessments for large infrastructure projects.
Air Quality
Gain technical skills in air quality monitoring, dispersion modelling, regulatory permitting, and health risk communication. Work hands-on with tools such as ADMS and ADMS-Roads, contribute to bid submissions, and collaborate with clients and local authorities. Opportunities include involvement with the Institute of Air Quality Management and learning sessions to support your development.
Landscape Architecture
Support client projects alongside senior staff, contributing to landscape design and assessment across sectors. Develop skills in sustainable design, reporting, graphics, and scientific thinking using software such as AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite. Engage with internal and external stakeholders in a dynamic project environment.
Cultural Heritage
Join the largest heritage consultancy in the UK, working on archaeology, built heritage, and historic environment projects throughout the project lifecycle. Activities include historic map analysis, site visits, heritage baseline preparation, GIS mapping, and archaeological assessments.
Graduate Development Programme
Our two-year programme supports your personal and professional growth through blended learning, career workshops, networking, mentoring, and on-the-job experience. We encourage chartered status with professional bodies and provide full support through training agreements.

Experience
Graduated with at least a 2:2 in a master's or bachelor's degree in a relevant subject. No prior professional experience required, but enthusiasm for learning and collaboration is essential.
About You
You are creative, numerate, and driven to solve problems. You have a passion for data analysis and interpretation using Excel and GIS. You are eager to share new ideas and can travel to sites or client offices as required. Flexibility and a collaborative mindset are key to thriving in this role.
Qualifications
A relevant degree qualification is required. We support your progression towards chartered or incorporated status through professional institution enrolment and mentoring.
