We are currently recruiting a Drylining Apprentice to join a large new-build development in Hammersmith & Fulham. This opportunity is open only to residents of the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham under a Section 106 local employment agreement.
What You’ll Do:
Assist experienced tradespeople with drylining work on a live construction site
Learn how to install partitions, ceilings, and linings using plasterboard systems
Carry out cutting, measuring, and fixing tasks under supervision
Work outdoors and at height in a physically demanding role
Follow daily task lists, site rules, and health and safety guidance
Complete the work-based requirements of your Level 2 Apprenticeship in Drylining
Use provided PPE and tools (issued at no cost)
Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality
What We’re Looking For:
Aged 18 or over (no upper age limit)
Resident of the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham (essential)
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a skilled trade
Good communication and teamwork skills
Good attention to detail and practical mindset
Manual/on-site experience preferred (Skills Centre experience accepted)
CSCS card required
GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths preferred
Positive reference from a college tutor or similar
Pay:
£12.25 per hour
£490 per week
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (40 hours per week)
