Gardener – Permanent Role | £15+ per hour DOE | West London

We’re looking for a skilled and enthusiastic gardener to join our small, family-run gardening business. Established in 2015, we’ve built a loyal client base across West and South West London, including Richmond, Hounslow, Wandsworth, Kingston, Chiswick, and Hammersmith.

This is a permanent role offering the chance to be part of a close-knit, supportive team that takes pride in delivering high-quality garden care and building long-standing relationships with clients.

About the Role:

• Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm
• 4-day working week (exact days to be discussed)
• Closed in January – time to rest and recharge
• Pay: £15+ per hour, depending on experience
• Locations: Domestic gardens across SW and West London

Essential Criteria:

• Strong knowledge of plants, flowers, and general horticulture
• NVQ Level 2 in Horticulture (or equivalent experience)
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Preferred:

• Experience working in private/domestic gardens
• Familiarity with a wide range of gardening tools and machinery
• Additional horticultural training or qualifications
