Technical Field Sales Manager – Heat Pumps
Location: South East England (Field-based, 1 day per week in Watford office)
Salary: Salary of £35,000+ DOE with realistic £60k OTE + Fuel Card

We are a fast-growing renewable energy business, recently awarded Best Place to Work 2025, installing over 170 products every month in partnership with major energy providers. Our mission is simple: make homes greener, smarter, and cheaper to run.

We’re now looking for a Technical Field Sales Manager to join our expanding Air Source Heat Pump division and play a key role in shaping the future of domestic heating across the South East.

The Role:

• Work inbound leads via partnerships, website, and utilities, while generating new business through events and outreach.
• Engage homeowners in consultative sales discussions, carrying out property visits and heat loss surveys.
• Design and prepare tailored renewable energy proposals, including heat pumps, insulation, and solar PV.
• Convert proposals into confirmed installations while managing your pipeline effectively.

About You:

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in the heating/plumbing or renewable energy industry (sales, installation, design, or service).
• Strong knowledge of air source heat pumps.
• Excellent consultative sales and customer engagement skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the South East
• Advantageous: Domestic Energy Assessor qualification or knowledge of building fabric/energy efficiency.
