Net Zero Careers Accelerator supports people into roles that deliver real carbon reduction across homes and buildings. Retrofit and planned maintenance projects are central to improving energy efficiency, reducing fuel poverty and supporting national decarbonisation targets.
This role supports the delivery of insulation and retrofit programmes across domestic and non domestic properties, ensuring projects are delivered safely, compliantly and to a high standard.

This role is ideal for someone with strong coordination and organisational skills who wants to work in retrofit and sustainability. You will support projects from early planning through to site delivery and handover, working closely with operational teams, contractors and clients while ensuring PAS 2035 compliance.
What you will do
• Support the delivery of retrofit projects from planning through to completion
• Ensure projects comply with health, safety and environmental requirements
• Prepare pre installation documentation including scope of works, costs and schedules
• Review project information to ensure scope and client requirements are clear
• Coordinate designers, assessors, coordinators and installers to ensure quality and compliance
• Log and update jobs on internal trackers and maintain accurate project records
• Upload photos, certificates and documentation to company and client systems
• Monitor project timelines, milestones and budgets
• Support resource planning and coordination of the workforce
• Track performance and support project KPIs
• Work with commercial teams to ensure accurate costing and value for money
• Support client communication and maintain a customer focused approach
Essential
• Experience in project coordination, operations or construction related roles
• Understanding of health and safety requirements on construction or retrofit projects
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Confident communication skills with internal teams and external stakeholders
Desirable
• Experience working on retrofit, insulation or planned maintenance projects
• Knowledge of PAS 2035 or retrofit processes
• Experience working with trackers, SharePoint or similar systems
• Understanding of budgets, costs and project KPIs
• Pay: £35,000 per year
• Hours: Full time
