This role supports the coordination and contract management of insulation and energy efficiency projects, working within PAS 2030 and PAS 2035 frameworks to ensure smooth delivery, strong customer outcomes and accurate cost tracking.

This is a great role for someone organised and confident on the phone, who can keep multiple moving parts on track. You will coordinate survey to install progress, manage documentation and quotes, support cost tracking and help resolve issues between clients, contractors and internal teams.
What you will do
• Notify clients when surveys are completed and support progression to installation
• Liaise with the Contracts Manager to share updates and resolve delivery issues
• Handle calls and queries from clients, surveyors and installers regarding scheduling and logistics
• Manage resident complaints professionally and promptly
• Identify and help resolve barriers between different contract requirements and working styles
• Review property designs to ensure correct measures are surveyed and installed
• Source subcontractors for out of scope works and negotiate competitive rates
• Create and amend quotes based on survey forms and project changes
• Update cost trackers to support accurate financial reporting
• Prepare monthly invoices, ensuring submission seven days before month end
• Support rate negotiations for works outside existing contracts when required
Essential
• Experience in coordination, contracts, administration or customer focused operations
• Strong communication skills and confidence handling phone queries
• Highly organised with good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable working with trackers, documents and cost information
• Professional approach to complaint handling and issue resolution
Desirable
• Experience in retrofit, insulation, construction or planned maintenance
• Knowledge of PAS 2030 and PAS 2035 frameworks
• Experience creating quotes, updating cost trackers or supporting invoicing
• Experience sourcing subcontractors or working with supply chains
• Pay: £28000/year
• Hours: Full time
