Apprentice Resident Liaison Officer


We are seeking a proactive and community-focused Apprentice Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to join our team in Latimer Road (W10). This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career within the construction and customer service sector, acting as the vital link between residents and our on-site project teams.
This is a social value-based apprenticeship, meaning you must be located in or very close to the W10 postcode.
You’ll gain structured training, hands-on experience, and support from an on-site mentor while playing a key role in helping residents stay informed and supported throughout ongoing works.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for residents during construction projects
Communicate updates, timelines, and potential disruptions
Support resident meetings, consultations, and engagement events
Log and monitor resident concerns, escalating where needed
Provide administrative support to the site and health & safety teams
Ensure works in occupied housing environments are carried out with minimal disruption
Complete your apprenticeship training programme with regular mentoring and reviews
Strong communication and people skills
Organised and good at multitasking
Confident in problem-solving and working calmly under pressure
Interest in construction / housing / community engagement
Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, etc.)
GCSE-level education (or equivalent)
Must be located in or very close to the W10 postcode.
Full UK Driving Licence
