We are seeking a proactive and community-focused Apprentice Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to join our team in Latimer Road (W10). This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career within the construction and customer service sector, acting as the vital link between residents and our on-site project teams.

This is a social value-based apprenticeship, meaning you must be located in or very close to the W10 postcode.

You’ll gain structured training, hands-on experience, and support from an on-site mentor while playing a key role in helping residents stay informed and supported throughout ongoing works.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for residents during construction projects

• Communicate updates, timelines, and potential disruptions

• Support resident meetings, consultations, and engagement events

• Log and monitor resident concerns, escalating where needed

• Provide administrative support to the site and health & safety teams

• Ensure works in occupied housing environments are carried out with minimal disruption

• Complete your apprenticeship training programme with regular mentoring and reviews

• Strong communication and people skills

• Organised and good at multitasking

• Confident in problem-solving and working calmly under pressure

• Interest in construction / housing / community engagement

• Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, etc.)

• GCSE-level education (or equivalent)

• Must be located in or very close to the W10 postcode.
