We are currently recruiting an Apprentice Scaffolder to join a major residential construction project in South Thamesmead. This is a full-time paid apprenticeship opportunity ideal for someone ready to learn a skilled trade, develop site experience, and gain a recognised qualification in scaffolding.

What You Will Do:
• Assist qualified scaffolders with the safe erection and dismantling of scaffold structures
• Move materials and equipment around the site
• Learn how to build base structures, install tubes, fittings, and boards
• Work safely at height and follow industry-standard safety procedures
• Complete training and assessments toward a recognised scaffolding qualification
• Participate in tool talks, site briefings, and classroom-based learning as required
• Contribute to site preparation, cleanliness, and maintenance

What We Are Looking For:
• Aged 18 or over
• GCSE grade 4 or above in English and Maths (or willingness to complete Functional Skills)
• Valid CSCS card
• Physically fit, confident working outdoors and at height
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Punctual, reliable, and safety-conscious
• Must live within one of the following postcode areas: DA1, DA14, DA15, DA16, DA17, DA18, DA5, DA6, DA7, DA8, SE2, SE28, SE9

Pay:
£7.55 per hour (Apprenticeship wage – Year 1)
