Support the day-to-day supervision of EV chargepoint installation works on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification. Develop your site supervision skills through the Level 4 Construction Site Supervisor apprenticeship programme.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervising installation teams (contractors, subcontractors, operatives)

• Monitor site progress, materials, and resources

• Support health, safety, and quality compliance

• Assist with RAMS, toolbox talks, and safety briefings

• Record site activities, progress reports, and quality checks

• Liaise with project managers, engineers, clients, and suppliers

• Support commissioning and testing of installed EV chargepoints

• Attend training and mentoring sessions

Essential Requirements:

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grade C/4+)

• Interest in construction, infrastructure, and sustainable energy

• Basic understanding of construction processes and site safety

• Good organisational and planning skills

• Confident verbal and written communication

• Willingness to learn and work safely outdoors

• Ability to travel to sites

Desirable:

• NVQ/Level 2 in Electrical or Construction trade

• Knowledge of EV charging systems

• Valid driving licence
